Praise the Fool!!
I'm extremely grateful to the seller. The product arrived faster than I expected, in perfect condition. Finally, I received an authentic product. This way, I can share and discuss it with friends when the anime is released.
These are gorgeous! Love the artwork! ✨
Hands down the most beautiful card set I've seen in a while. Truly impressed!
Update:Customer service/seller admits they were in error for not correctly displaying the description as a blind box and I the cusotmer is wrong and they refuse to refund/return. And they have deleted my review twice already. I AM A CUSTOMER, YOU THE SELLER HAS MISLEAD FOR A SALE. I AM GOING TO COMPLAIN!!! POOR BUSINESS.....
I did not receive all the cards in this collection only random ones not thr whole as depicted in the pictures. Waiting for customer service to reach out,, since now they sold out now. Which makes me think I only got the scraps, not good this was for a birthday day gift.... 👎🏾
Hi Churice,
We’re very sorry that this experience was disappointing, especially as the item was intended as a birthday gift.
We carefully reviewed the photograph you provided. The one-box option contains 10 packs with 2 randomly selected cards per pack, and the photograph shows the correct total of 20 cards. As this is a randomized collectible product, duplicate designs may occasionally occur, and one box does not contain the complete 78-card collection.
We also apologize that your review was temporarily hidden while we reviewed what appeared to be duplicate review entries. We respect your right to share your experience, and one current version of your review will remain visible.
We appreciate your feedback and are making the randomized contents more prominent on the product page to help prevent similar misunderstandings in the future.
Love the cards and service is impeccable. Boxes were in good shape before opening too which is rare from other websites.
