Shipping

Below are some common questions about shipping

Where is my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with:

  • Your order number
  • A tracking number
  • Details on your package’s location

Don’t see the email? Check your Spam or Promotions folder

How can I change my shipping address?

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to update your shipping address after placing an order. Here’s what you need to know:

If your order has not shipped yet

You can request an address change before your package leaves our warehouse.

  1. Contact us.
  2. Ask to speak to an agent and include both your order number and the updated shipping address in your message.

Acting quickly increases the chances we can update your address in time.

If your order is already processing or has shipped

Once your order is being prepared for shipment or if it has already shipped, we can no longer change the address. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout.

If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

To avoid delays or missed packages, always double-check your shipping details before completing your order!

What happens if my package is lost in transit?

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that are lost during transit. 

A claim with the shipping carrier must be filed. The outcome of the claim and the type of insurance purchased will determine what can be offered as recompense, if anything. Domestic Claims cannot be filed prior to two weeks after original delivery but within 90 days after delivery. International Claims cannot be filed prior to 30 days after original delivery but prior to 120 days after. Claims filed before or after will be denied by the courier. 

A claim will take anywhere from 2-4 business weeks (excluding holidays) for carriers to investigate and process the results of the claim.

What is your return policy?

Subject to applicable law, we regret that we do not accept order cancellations or returns. After the order has been finalized we can no longer change the order details. Please confirm all the details regarding your order before you click the “Checkout” button.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we can cancel your order and process a complete refund to your original payment method. If you have any issues, please contact us.

We unfortunately cannot cancel orders once they have shipped. You may want information on a return instead.

If your order has not yet shipped and you need to correct or alter your shipping address, you can use our Customer Service Portal to make this update! If you have any issues, you can contact us by email for more help.

In most cases it's not necessary to cancel an order to change the shipping address. This may only be necessary in the case of very wrong addresses, for example if the country is wrong so you've ended up with domestic shipping instead of international.

How do I make an exchange?

Unfortunately, we are unable to perform exchanges.
